Returns & Refunds
- All products purchased from www.hillsfasteners.com.au are covered by a 30-Day Returns Policy, in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds where you have received the correct product but have changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, no longer require it, or decided it is unsuitable for your needs.
- Please do not return any items without obtaining prior approval from Hills Fasteners.
- All returned items must be unused, in original condition, complete with all components, and returned in original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that are damaged, used, or incomplete.
- Custom-made, special-order, or cut-to-length products are non-refundable, unless deemed faulty.
- If an item is not in its original condition, please contact us before returning it, as this may help avoid unnecessary costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using registered post or a trackable courier service when returning items. Hills Fasteners is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and refunds. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
